Latter Day Saints land covenant discrimination claim thrown out
A man who claimed the Latter Day Saints church secretly imposed “bank-hostile” land covenants on him because he was not a “worthy” member has had his case dismissed by the Human Rights Review Tribunal.
Rakaipaka Puriri claimed that he was discriminated against by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Trust Board and project manager Paul Coward.
