Poll: How are the traffic islands near you?

Libby Reporter from Waikato Local

Work starts this month on a $300,000 “spruce up” to pour concrete over of 17 “difficult to maintain” traffic island sites with lawns or gardens around Hamilton.

The project is said to be primarily aimed at better safety for staff and the public - but the move will also generate annual savings, the city council said.

How are the traffic islands near you? Tell us about it in the comments (adding NFP if you don't want your words used in print).
