Tapa ripped off hospital wall returned neatly folded
A ripped and stolen Tongan tapa was nicely folded and wrapped up before being delivered back to the “scene of the crime” at Waikato Hospital.
The 4.5m by 3.9m tapa cloth artwork was ripped from the wall by two masked men on December 21, 2024.
