It's a little different to the std recycling type company in that we try to return as much as possible back in to the community.
What happens to the gear depends on a lot of different factors including condition, age, desirability & can be in any order of consideration.
We also have a comprehensive data privacy system in place.
Even faulty parts can be reused in a lot of cases for repair or parts donors.
Most computer (IT) recycling companys simply strip it all down for scrap but thats the last consideration for us.
