Recently refurbished with a brand new gas oven (you will be responsible for filling the 9kg gas bottles).
The property included a dishwasher, heat pump, rangehood, alarm, small lock up shed and a single garage.
Rent is $300 per week for a single person or $330 for a couple.
Located on Opal Place, Chartwell. Close to Chartwell Square and bus stop is a 1 minute walk away.
Should be available by the 8th of June as you can see from the pictures I still have a little work to do.
