Strokes

Jeff from Saint Andrews

Have you heard in the news about how Strokes are increased by 40% more now than a few years ago? If you look around the call centers and similar large companies with lots of people sitting at their desks pushing keyboards all day while answering a few phone calls you will realise a lot of them will have an unhealthy mid-life crisis to worry about. The lack of exercise of normal work today has disappeared and along with processed foods it is leading to a lot of new disease problems which these people and others don't realise is going to hit them bad. When you consider then these same younger generation then go home and play games on computers and consoles this leads to a very troubled lifestyle and it won't improve until they get out and change to an active job instead. An easy life isn't a healthy life and even if you can get wealthy it is no guarantee of a good life. I know a few people not even reached retirement that have got cancer and left their work to go home and enjoy what life they have left which isn't much then. Don't sit about as life is too short to waste it.
