Our housemate has recently moved back to Ireland, and we are looking to fill her room.
House located in Beerescourt, suited to an individual or couple, $150/wk (plus $15/wk for net and power).

Room comfortably fits a queen bed and dresser, has a single wardrobe. House has 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen, outdoor deck/lawn/vege garden, TV, 2 fridge/freezers, washing machine, dryer.
Room is unfurnished so would need to supply own furniture for room.
