What do you think about the plans for this slice of Rototuna?

A prime piece of council-owned Rototuna real estate has been sold to a local developer for a housing development including “affordable” options.

However, the city council and developer - Jones Lands Ltd - say state housing isn’t on the cards for the 8470m² Korikori Road site known as “Area Q”.
