'We are re-litigating it' - Dissent coming at city council plan meet

But several senior councillors warn it won’t all be plain sailing for mayor Paula Southgate and her supporters, even if they have the numbers for their approach.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
