Office Administrator
We have an opportunity available for an experienced, enthusiastic, approachable & team orientated front line administrator.
β
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
β’ Frontline reception & customer liaison including walk in & telephone enquiries
β’ Entering property listings through Property Suite
β’ General support our Branch Manager, agents & other team members
β’ Processing Sales & Purchase Agreements
β’ Other general administrative duties including filing, mail/courier, stationery ordering, petty cash
β
Other key attributes required:
β’ Knowledge & experience with Microsoft Outlook including Word and Excel
β’ Good time management skills
β’ Honest & reliable
β’ Ability to meet deadlines & prioritise workloads
β’ Professional presentation
β
The role will initially be based at our 5 Cross Road office, however this branch will be relocating to brand new premises in North East Hamilton in the early part of 2018.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

A group of Hamilton business owners have started a petition to stop the council from hiking up rates and passing the cost of what they say are unpopular projects on to residents.
It frustrates longtime residents Tom Andrews, a former roading engineer who owns Classics Museum and has property interests and Jo Reeder, to see Hamiltonians facing large bills.
