I purchased a signature required courier bag from NZPost as a return envelope for sending an important document back to me a few days ago. But when it was delivered, it was left outside my house. I never met the courier, nor signed anything as a receiver.
I think I am not the only one who paid extra money but not received the service promised. How do you deal with this, folks? Any place or any way to complain that we can make sure the important documents will be delivered safely according to their promise? Anyone took NZPost to the court, and the result?
