Choose between ONE class a week or TWO classes a week.
Small classes to give you a comfortbale and safe environment.

Then this is for you. Yoga for round bodies.
40 Minutes Gentle Yoga specifically designed for plus size bodies in a safe environment where you can explore, stretch and strengthen your body.
Followed by 20 Minutes guided meditation to relax and energize with beautiful music.
1 hour class.
Prise:
The following options are available:
2x classes a week - $180 ($15 per class)
1x class a week - $99 (16.50 per class)
10 classes pass - $155 ($15.50 per class)
casual class $20
Classes Friday - 5.30pm-6.45pm
Wednesday: 6.30pm - 7.45pm
