We are looking for a flatmate to come and share our lovely family home in Ham East which is 5 mins walk to Countdown Peachgrove road and the bus stops also a quick walk down to the Claudelands shopping centre.Takes about 15 mins to walk into town. It's a quiet street with off road parking although we have no garage your vehicle will be safe.i'm thinking $200 per week this includes rent , power , wi fi an sky tv . t's a double room with a large sized wardrobe an there is a queen sized bed available if needed. Im an employment consultant / facilitator who also has a nearly 15 year old manchild who is very house trained lol ! we are looking for an open honest working person with a fab sense of humour .You can contact me ...
