Vinyl layer urgently needed
Hi can anyone recommend someone that can lay vinyl over an existing wooden floor???
Area is in a renovated kitchen dining area approx 10m2
All of the carpet and vinyl shops want to charge extortionist amounts fir preparing an existing wooden floor
