It's worth noting that we've witnessed a significant 16% increase in the number of houses sold last month compared to April 2023. The most active buying groups across Waikato are owner-occupiers and first-home buyers, who are still actively searching for their new home, indicating good opportunities in the market.

On Thursday, the Co-op adjusted the forecast range from $9-$10 per kilo of milk solids to $8.50 to $9.50 with the midpoint changing from $9.50 per to $9.
