testing stations

Mike from Fairfield

hi there has anyone worked or know anyone that has worked for the testing stations in hamilton and do they know if its expected of them from their superiors as a rule of thumb to fail a percentage of cars that come in for wofs. this has been a urban legend since they arrived and was wondering if their was any truth in it

Your voice matters this April

Waikato Regional Council

We love where we live and we want to make it even better. So, this month we’re asking for your feedback on our:

• 2021-2031 Long Term Plan
• Regional Pest Management Plan
• Waikato Regional Coastal Plan.

At their heart, these plans are about making our rohe even better for the generations here now, and those to come.

These plans cover some big issues – issues that really matter. We know not every proposal will affect you or be of interest, but we believe there will be something that matters to you. Take a look and give your feedback by 30 April.

Eastern Pathways proposal for Five Cross Roads - CLOSE BROOKLYN ROAD

Sharon from Claudelands

Do you realise that one of the proposals for the Five Cross Roads redevelopment for safer biking/walking, bus use is to CLOSE OFF Brooklyn Road at 5 xrds end - this would mean all traffic is diverted to East Street/Pearsons Avenue/Daisy Street which is extremely undesirable. It is not too late to have your say. Attached are the proposals and feedback form - send to: glenda.dobbyn@aecom.com
