Great to see an announcement from Minister Andrew Little that Hamilton will be receiving a Drug and Alcohol Court. The previous Government started two pilot courts in Auckland, and this Government has made those permanent and added a new court.

These courts make a real difference to people: within two years court participants are 23% less likely to reoffend for any offence, and 35% less likely to reoffend for a serious offence.
