It’s part of a big shake-up for one of the CBD’s busiest streets, which is a short walk from the Victoria on the River precinct overlooking the Waikato River.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
