Hi folks just a quick reminder that I have a wheel barrow load of FREE fire wood to GIVE AWAY, will get it all in the boot of your car, don't wait for winter to arrive before thinking,, gee its getting cooler lets put the fire on..ooops no wood!! ok so first in gets it if its still here in a week its off to the tip as I need the space cleared

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
