The CBD mall is owned by Kiwi Property, and chief executive Clive Mackenzie said the company had signalled it would be an asset for disposal.
However, it's not on the market yet.
Mackenzie said the city was "going through a negative contraction" in retail.
"Unfortunately that's reflected in the performance of that centre."
Kiwi Property also owns the Base, in a joint venture with Tainui.

Powers on but Input Jack is faulty. Suspected cold solder crack. Dont have the tools or time to fix it myself. Just want to get rid of it. Power cord included.
