The attached article highlights what can happen to even the best landlords. Choosing the right tenant, and making sure that all references are checked, is a fundamental service that Hamilton Property Management provides. However, we know that it isn't always the tenant that causes the problem, but also guests and visitors - you can't always tell.
To help reduce the risk of being out of pocket, all properties managed by Hamilton Property Management have a landlord insurance automatically included in the standard fee. This competition is held annually and has been running for many years. It’s organised by the Te Kowhai Community Group and is intended to draw people’s attention to the tree from which our village gets its name.
The community group selected the finalists for each of the four categories and the winners... well, that's up to you!
There will be four polls here on Neighbourly. Three for each age category and one containing all the finalists for overall peoples' choice.
A prize of $50 will be awarded for the winner of each category. But obviously it’s not about the money it’s about being world famous in Te Kowhai and being able to boast having the BEST photograph for the year.
Here's the first category - the 12 and under. There's $50 up for grabs for the person who took the photo that receives the most votes.
This was a tough decision by the judges as there were plenty of photos - all of them incredibly good. What a talented buch of kids there are in Te Kowhai!
Look out for the other 3 in your newsfeed and vote on each category.

The purpose of this study is to test the theory that asthma control can be achieved, or even improved, by taking your inhalers when you need them rather than taking them regularly, regardless of asthma symptoms.
This study will run for 12 months and involve 7 visits. Most visits will take less than an hour, although the first visit may take slightly longer.
You will need to be:
•18 – 75 years
•Diagnosed with Asthma
•Using a reliever (eg: blue Inhaler like Ventolin)
Participants will receive study related medication free of charge and be reimbursed for reasonable travel costs for each study visit.
