Hororata Water Supply – Urgent Treatment System Upgrade
We will be commissioning the new upgraded Hororata Water Treatment Plant on Tuesday 19 February.
Properties connected to the supply are asked to conserve water from Monday 18 February to Sunday 24 February, while the work is carried out and the reservoir refilled.
This means:
• avoid irrigating and watering lawns and gardens
• reduce household and business water consumption where possible
• find an alternative source for stock watering if possible
