Local Artist Graham Christensen's Feilding Exhibition

You are invited to join us at the Feilding and Districts Art Society to celebrate the opening of 'The Charm of Rural Manawatu' an exhibition by Manawatu Artist Graham Christensen.

There will be an opportunity to meet the artist and enjoy his paintings over a glass of wine and refreshments.

3pm, Sunday 2nd August at the Feilding and Districts Art Society, 104 Manchester St, Feilding. The exhibition runs until the 22nd of August.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
