Poll: How do you feel about washing your hands at a public toilet without soap?
Public loos in Palmerston North are going soap-free as the council is sick of the vandalism to soap dispensers. The DHB is on board, saying washing hands with water and drying them properly is enough, but for some people it just seems so wrong.
