Local, Organic Vege boxes

Kia ora koutou! I am from Vagabond Vege, a new market garden in the Woodside area of Greytown/Te Hupenui producing local, organic, fresh vege and cut flowers!

We are now offering subscriptions CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) for a weekly vege box. Boxes are $30 or $50, filled with a diverse range of quality vege. You can sign up for a single week or for 4 weeks, 6 months, or yearly subscriptions. Delivery available for $5.

You can also find us at a market cart between the bookshop and library in Greytown every sunday from 9-12 except when we are at the Greytown Market. Cut flowers are available soon through our CSA and at the market.

Poll: Would you participate in local initiatives aimed at stopping plastic from reaching our oceans?

Volunteers will be scouring the foreshore, riverbanks, and islands for rubbish on Saturday the 13th as part of the Clean Up the Hutt event.

This initiative helps stop plastic from reaching our oceans and makes our waterways cleaner and safer for everyone.

We want to know: Should this be rolled out across all coastal cities in Aotearoa? And more importantly… would you get involved? 💚
