Huge increase in Wainuiomata property values
CoreLogic figures show house prices in Featherston had the most dramatic change in the Wellington region over the last five years to October, increasing 132 per cent, from $199,750 to $463,750.
In Wainuiomata prices have increased a whopping 126 percent.
