Featherston house prices double in five years
Featherston has seen the biggest increase in house prices in the Wellington region over the last five years.
CoreLogic figures show prices Featherston had the most dramatic change over the last five years to October - increasing 132 per cent, from $199,750 to $463,750.
Cannons Creek, Porirua, and Wainuiomata, Lower Hutt, were the next biggest movers with increases of 128 and 126 per cent, respectively.
