Hill Road closures from this Sunday for 5 nights
A reminder that Remutaka Hill road will be closed for five nights from this Sunday night (12 January to Friday morning 17 January,) between 9pm and 4am.
If you have an urgent need to travel over the hill, a limited shuttle service is available. Please email as soon as possible :remutaka@nzta.govt.nz
Having the road fully closed to traffic is critical to ensuring road crew safety while they undertake essential maintenance and slip prevention works to make the road safer. Plan your travel or that of friends and family heading our way to see you .
