As part of our work installing a new bulk watermain in eastern Porirua, we are about to commence work on installing a chamber and more pipework at the intersection of Conclusion St and Warspite Ave, Waitangirua.
From tomorrow, a one-way system will be in place with a detour route along Conclusion Street and Desert Gold Street.
Please avoid Warspite Ave where possible due to increased traffic. Where possible we will open two lanes for peak periods and out of hours.

Following the storm on Sunday 8 December we are assessing and collating all of the information and data we received.
This information is important as it helps us understand the impact events like this have on the network. You may see our crews out over the next few days investigating the impact and clearing stormwater drains.
If you experienced flooding within your property (inside your house) during Sunday’s event please contact email@example.com with the details and any photos showing the flood water.
The Summer edition of Te Kaitiaki Wai, Wellington Water's official magazine, is now available!
This edition features articles on Wellington Water’s work towards a more sustainable water supply; a reflection on the climate catastrophe from Rob Blakemore, our Chief Advisor, Service Planning; and, in recognition of our new council-owner, South Wairarapa District Council, images and interviews from the region.
DIY-ers are being urged to dispose of paint responsibly, after a video captured paint flowing from a storm water drain into Titahi Bay. Wellington Water said paint was found in waterways every summer. How do you you dispose of paint?
