I've just dug my clump of Apricot Daylily. You could divide it into several plants or plant as is.
A hardy and pretty perennial, tolerant of most conditions.
The colour is more pink than the photo shows.

Kelson based photographer Andrew Gorrie took this stunning photo of a tūī from his backyard. It took him over 30 shots to get the tūī lined up with the moon.
This Crimium has beautiful pale pink flowers, a bit like a lily. It is slightly frost tender but mine survives nicely under cover of some trees. It grows about a metre tall with flowers that come up on spikes.
