Bearded Irises - potted
These irises were potted last season and could be slipped into the ground with them hardly knowing anything.
Height: The flower stems are about a metre high. Some of the potted ones have flower stalks but not all.
Bearded irises like a sunny well drained spot but are very hardy and flower at this time of the year.
Pickup is in Kuripuni
$10.00 each.
Welcome to come and view many more in flower. FLowering ones sold bare-rooted for $10.00 each also.
Thanks for looking.
Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
