Passed away at home on Thursday, November 3, 2022. Loved eldest son of June and Neil Paul (both deceased), brother and brother-in-law of Mark and Karen, Simon, Sue and Steve Beaumont. Uncle of Emma, Aimee and Laura. Husband of Marlene, father of Ryan and Nicole, and Poppa of Lola, Earl and Evie. Loved and will be sadly missed. A private cremation has been held.
Peacefully on Friday, November 11, 2022, at the Home of St Barnabas, Dunedin, in her 91st year. Dearly loved wife of the late Philip. Much loved mother and mother-in-Law of Tom and Erica, Bill and Karen, Rachel and Stephen, Pip and Ray, Renee and Tony. Loved grandmother to her 18 grandchildren and loved great-grandmother to her 6 great-grandchildren. Dearly loved Aunty to all her nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff and nurses at the Home of St Barnabas for their love and care of Heather over the years. A celebration of Heather’s life will be held on Friday, November 18 at 11.00am, in Gillions Chapel, 407 Hillside Road, Dunedin, followed by interment in Owaka Cemetery (at approximately 3.00pm). Died peacefully at The Bellevue on Thursday, November 10, 2022, aged 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Hugh, loved mother and mother-in-law of Paul and Melanie, and Joanne and James, treasured Granny of Mathew, Kate, Anna, Thomas, and Millie, sister and sister-in-law of Margaret (dec) and Murray Eder, and Peter and Gwenda Ireland, admired aunt of her nieces and nephews, and close family friend to the McKenzie family of Hakataramea. The family are infinitely grateful to the staff at Oxford Hospital for the love and care given to Amy in her last days.
