Got trespassed from Dannevirke NZ Post shop for pointing out the manager was wearing his mask incorrectly.

Jack from Dannevirke

About a month ago I was in the NZ Post shop in Dannevirke, was talking to the guy at the teller when his manager joined the chat (unasked for), with his nose clearly poking out from the mask (ironically and literally poking his nose where it wasn't wanted, ha), and I asked him to put it on properly. He refused loudly and fairly aggressively, with the queue of people behind me telling him he was in the wrong as well. Claimed it was because he has a beard, and can't wear a mask.

I have lodged a complaint with Kiwibank head office, and the mask thing's been sorted out now, but I walked in today and got served with a trespass notice. I understand at least one of the people in the queue got the same thing a week ago.

I've got photos of him with the mask - I'm definitely in the right here, and head office acknowledges that, but he refuses to apologise, and prefers the trespass method instead. He's saying he's done absolutely nothing wrong, but can't tell me why he's trespassed me.

What's peoples thoughts on this? Am I going crazy?
