I'm very excited to be offering a THIRD weekly Nia class at the gorgeous Manaia Yoga & Wellbeing Centre located at 1 Merton Road.

Danced barefoot and moving your body’s way to the rhythmic sounds of world music, Nia encourages people of all ages and abilities to choose pleasure over pain, with the motto, “Through movement we find health.”
