meet candidates in Riccarton Mall P&S end

Dianne from Upper Riccarton

I have met Catherine Chu - cadidate for Riccarton Council and Community Board and have found her to be an intelligent, caring, sincere person. She was voted on the community board in 2016 and has been serving the community since then. If anyone has any questions about why she voted for or against any issues, Catherine and Helen Broughton will be at Riccarton/ Westfield Mall Friday Sept. 13 between 12 - 2 pm. P&S end by Westpac.
Please come and meet her and ask any questions, I'm sure she will be happy to answer them.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
