Hey they unfortunately my mate needs to rehome her 4 year old huntaway cross she is a loving dog but just has more energy than my friend can handle and kainga ora is wanting her gone she deserves someone who is able to give her the attention she deserves great with kids and other animals wormed and fleed looking for her forever home will add photos soon

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
We want to know: Should mining projects like this move ahead?
