Hello fellow east-siders. I am looking for quotes please for a gardener to clear my back section to a manageable level. Is quite overgrown, but will probably only take a day to cut back and clear. Area is approx 350m2. Will require mowing lawns, filling holes and cutting back trees, plus removal of all garden rubbish. Mustn't be afraid of dogs. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
