Cat Rescue Collection at St Martins New World 8am to 6 pm Sat 23rd

Bronwyn Reader from Cat Rescue Christchurch

Hi everyone.

We are having a collection for Cat Rescue at St Martins New World tomorrow from 8am to 6pm.  We currently have over 80+ kittens in our care (I say plus as I just heard another 7 came in today so it can go to 90+ very quickly) so are in desperate need of money donations, kitten food and kitten litter (small bags of kitten litter are around the $5 mark).

Please share in the Xmas spirit even if it is coins as they truly add up.  Hope to see you all tomorrow.  Not sure where we will be placed but come search for us or ask at the Lotto Counter (last xmas we where placed at the door directly facing the Lotto Counter and not our usual 2 spots)

May everyone have an awesome and safe Xmas break, and spread that extra love and kindness to children, the elderly and to animals (who do not have a voice).

Pss this is a photo of one of my previous fosters called Nina who was a unsocial stray who Cat Rescue worked with and now she is a amazing social loving pet and lives with her mother/family in Oamaru.

Response to regifting presents

Gordon from Halswell

My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
Perfect, no decision needs to be made about Xmas presents
