Three of Christchurch's leading mayoral hopefuls will face-off in a public debate in the city centre.
Lianne Dalziel, John Minto and Darryll Park will lock horns at a forum hosted by the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce at The Piano.
Dalziel, Minto and Park were invited to take part after polling indicated they are leading the 13-strong field of mayoral contenders.
The forum is supported by The Press and the MC will be broadcast journalist Sacha McNeil.
The September 4 forum runs from 5pm to 7.30pm.
It is open to the public and free but registration is essential. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 03 366 5096.
