๐งโโ๏ธ Tuesday Qigong Classes Cancelled ๐งโโ๏ธ
Hi neighbors! A big thank you to everyone who joined the Qigong classes! Due to some personal changes, Iโll be canceling the Tuesday morning sessions for now. But fret notโI'm cooking up some exciting plans! ๐
In the works are Qigong and Tai Chi sessions in the park when the weather gets warmer. If that sounds like something you'd be interested in, just give me a shout and I'll keep you updated!
Thanks again for being part of the Qigong journey! ๐
(Tai Chi classes on Monday mornings are still going)

2025 has been massive. The Luxon-led Government's attacks on workers, on Te Tiriti, on pay equity, on educators, on health workers, and on the public service, have been relentless.
But despite everything thrown at working people, we've also seen some massive wins. We've fought back together with strike action. We've unified with days of action. We have focused on what matters. Make no mistake, 2026 will be wild, and we are ready for it! Source - New Zealand Council of Trade Unions
