Those three dots bring up a special menu allowing you to hide a post you don't want to see anymore, unfollow a discussion you've taken part in and to report a message for the Neighbourly team to review.

Under your own posts, those three little dots give you a different menu. You'll be able to edit your post, delete it or disable replies.

I would like to by the end of my journey I will be able to make a Korowai for my girl when she finishes school, she has many many years ahead of her, so I thought that if I start to learn now I should be finished and have a Korowai for her to wear in 10 - 12 years thats including Uni....lol (oh yeah I dream big, I know my girl can do it) and if she doesn't and picks another path! that;s ok, the korowai can be used for another occasion, maybe her wedding or the birth of her first child, who knows its about getting out there and doing something else besides working fulltime and using that as a crutch not be able to do something else!!

IS YOUR BODY TOO ACIDIC?

Ideally we want our body to be slightly alkaline as an acidic body is prone to unhealthy organisms that can damage our organs and our immune system & may lead to allergies, asthma, congestion, fatigue, headaches, inflammation, joint & muscle pain, skin problems, weight gain and over the long term cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc.
Excess acidity is caused by eating processed foods, dairy products, too much animal protein, & processed grains such as corn and wheat.
Normally the kidneys maintain our acid/Alkaline balance by adjusting the electrolyte levels in the body. The electrolytes are calcium, magnesium, potassium & sodium, The best source of these electrolytes are raw fruits and vegetables. Cooking depletes these from our food.

CHLOROPYLL is available in liquid form and is an ideal way to alkalise or mineralise the body.
Generally 5-15mls is taken daily straight or diluted in water or juice.
It acts as a natural internal deodoriser and a powerful alkalising and cleansing tonic for the body & blood.

Marshalls Health & Natural Therapy have premium Go Chlorophyll Cleanse liquid on Special at $23.90, saving you $6.00 for the 500ml bottle. Or we have an amazing deal where you can receive the Go Chloropyll Cleanse for FREE when you purchase any two (selected) Go Healthy products for $20 each.
