Another great 60 minutes of professionally designed and delivered training – this time with a beach view!
Where: New Brighton Beach – meet by the Library
When: December 5th Saturday morning from 9:00-10:00am – look for the Flags and Trailer by the New Brighton Library stairs
Who’s it for: PT in the Park really is a fitness program for everyone. With qualified trainers, exercises are altered to suit all people, of all abilities.
Cost: It’s FREE to attend, but we’re happy to accept donations which assist with purchasing new equipment

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
