Cloudy tap water in Lincoln
Hi all
Is it common in the region for tap water to come out cloudy and settle clear? We've noticed this at our place since we moved in. It settles and clears but it's super cloudy if you fill a glass or the dog bowl.
Just wondering if this is a 'thing' or if we need to get this checked.

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
