Hornby Residents Monthly Meeting - Infrastucture and Roading issues
Last Sunday coming up of the month for September and that means monthly meeting time for you the residents of the Greater Hornby area with the monthly residents GHRA Meeting.
All residents are most welcome, to come along have your say, or just listen in about what has happened in Hornby, what is happening, and going to happen for the Greater Hornby area.
This month a special hui/workshop on roading issues and infrastructure issues in the greater Hornby area, The City Council is currently putting together its Long Term Plan for the next ten years, so we really want to hear from residents what your issues are and what would you like addressed
ECAN Councillor for our area - Cr Deon Swiggs will also address the meeting as Guest Speaker on Regional Policy Statements.
Note a Special General Meeting will be held at 1.3pm prior to the main meeting to discuss consitution changes.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
