HI, I have a large room with double inbuilt wardrobe to rent in my modern house with myself and 16 year old daughter. It is available from 14 Dec 2019. I live in a quiet cul de sac in Halswell with quality surrounding houses. Short walk to bus stop. 30 min bus to centre of town.
$170.00 pw includes power, internet.
Looking for non smoker, female , a uni student would be ideal, quiet and respectful of other peoples property , tidy. No Pets

Response to regifting presents
My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
Perfect, no decision needs to be made about Xmas presents
