Have you ever been frustrated by how your family has been treated on a day out?
Suspecting they'd been over charged, Kim Sze asked to see the receipt after ordering breakfast at Coffee Supreme, Christchurch.
What she didn't expect was to read a strange insult targeted at her two-year-old daughter, Micah. Instead of asking for a name for the table, the receipt showed that staff had called their table "Family with the terrifying kid".
Sze said Supreme Coffee's management had "apologised profusely" after she contacted them, but she was still frustrated about how young families can be treated when they go out.
Response to regifting presents
My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
Perfect, no decision needs to be made about Xmas presents
