**Accommodation for Student or New Worker**

Hello There,

We are looking for a Friendly, Active, Clean Homestay student or someone who recently graduated and is new to the workforce. Someone who is looking at accommodation for 6+ months. We are American/Australian so you will get practice speaking English every day.

Weekly rent $255 Fully-Furnished room (single bedroom w-desk, dresser, & double closet)

includes Breakfast (cereal, toast, eggs, etc...), Lunch (sandwiches, soups, salads, etc...), and Dinner (range of different flavours).

You have internet & laundry (we provide laundry detergent) and we are a 6-minute car ride, 18-minute bus ride, and 13-minute bike ride to the University of Canterbury.

Our family consists of me, my hubby and two small Cavoodle dogs. We also have a male Japanese student staying with us til Jan 2020.

My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
Perfect, no decision needs to be made about Xmas presents
