Board is $230/week single - $260/week couple.
Includes board, power, firewood, unlimited wifi, and cleaning products, etc. Must pay for own food though.
Bathroom, spa bath & separate toilet you will only share with 1 other couple downstairs. Owners live upstairs with own rooms and bathroom, toilet & keep to themselves other than cooking food.
Your bedroom has massive wardrobe with shelving and mirrors. Private key entry. Double glazing with magnetic screens on windows and room has heat ducting.
Massive communal Kitchen, Dinning and Lounge.
Fire place and underfloor heating in communal areas.
2 Dishwashers.
Own shelves in kitchen area and fridge freezer.
Vege garden space to plant your own veges.

We also have 2 moo moos and 5 sheep (hopefully lambs in spring)

Need to be okay with 1 indoor cat (Balinese), 1 outdoor cat (Bengal) and 1 outdoor super friendly Siberian Husky.
Yoga studio next door as that is my business. So, if you love yoga, or ever wanted to try... you're just a hop skip and jump away from improving your well-being.

Must be okay to take part in a rotating basic cleaning roster.
Smokers OK, pets negotiable.

My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
