Barrington United Bowling Club - Thursday 3 Bowls Triples 10th Oct

Barrington United Bowling Club has run a Thursday Open 3 Bowl Triples Tournament for a number of years now and our next one is tomorrow at 12.00pm.
Due to the Charted Club Outdoor Ladies event being held in Christchurch, we have had a few withdrawals - but have found 3 teams to make a total of 14 teams playing. The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
