Quilting Classes
I run quilting classes. Thursday evening from 7 pm to 10 pm at cost of $20.00 per class. I run beginners classes, applique and anything else my ladies might like to do. I also have a couple of ladies that bring other projects and I help them with those. Everyone works at their own pace and the classes are very relaxed and fun. I attach a couple of photographs. The first is a beginners quilt and each square teaches you a different technique. the second a fun class using a favourite fabric that you don't want to cut into small pieces. The third is an applique table runner.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
